Good Sam Mural Project Submissions
We believe in the power of art to bring life, healing, and connection to the spaces where we serve our community. We are inviting local artists to submit proposals for two new mural projects that will transform and enhance our campus. One location is inside our dining room and the other is in our new 5 acre community garden. These murals should reflect the vibrancy, diversity, and strength of the people of Macon County and our wonderful community.
Project Descriptions:
Dining Room Mural
Location: Inside the Good Samaritan Inn dining room
Scope: Enhance the existing mural with additional artistic elements such as highlights, shadows, and texture to bring the current piece to life

Budget: $2,000
Creative Notes: This space is where hundreds of meals are served daily to neighbors in need. The mural should reflect warmth, welcome, and the power of community.
Garden Mural
Location: Shipping container in our on-site community garden (formerly Mercy Gardens)
Scope: Design a bright, colorful, and inspiring mural that represents the vibrancy and resilience of our local community
